the KP300 suits the needs of most professional hose workshop looking for a fast and heavy duty swaging machine.
Among the main mechanical features of the KP-300 : a flat frame, with a large die travel +80mm allowing the easy access of elbow fittings or complex bent tubes; a speific design of the master dies for a precise circular geometry; long master dies of 120mm allowing interlock assemblies up to 2'''.
The standard control is an easy-to-use SIEMENS Touch screen, with memory of crimp dimensions. The control can also evolve towards more complex needs : barcode scanning, pressure windows to reduce crimp errors, transmission of data from and towards your ERP, data links with the MARKEN automatic cutting machine.
The KP300 is also a fast and silent machine, thanks to a performant double internal gear pump. Particular attention was made to the design of the hydraulics to keep the machine as compact as possible, with a low noise level and no issues with oil temperature even in heavy duty envrionment.
